We sell products based on benefits and the level of service we provide. We do not give customers unrealistic expectations and will inform them of any delays immediately. We advise customers based on their needs. We encourage customers to come to us with their technical issues. We hold ourselves and each other accountable for our service commitment and frequently review our customer satisfaction levels. Regardless of where you bought your products, we will help you.
We provide solutions and we are here when you have issues such as warranty or repair. If your product happens to be faulty and is under warranty we will honour all of our manufacturers warranties and guarantees. We will handle all issues as swiftly as possible. We will determine whether it can be repaired and if not it will be replaced or refunded. We will keep you informed about the progress of the issue with our tracking system. If you are not fully satisfied with your product or you have simply made the wrong purchase, we will refund the complete amount up to 3 months after the purchase. We only ask that the product is unused and that you have proof of purchase.
